“Does this model have the overheat feature that cuts it off? I have tried a couple and they cut off after just one room”

• Hello! Yes, this unit does have a 'Thermal Protector' designed into the unit to protect it from overheating. When the thermal protector activates, the cleaner will stop running. I hope this helps! The Hoover Team

• I have only had this vaccum a few months. It has never overheated causing it to cutoff.

• No it does not I have Two dogs and a cat and it sweeps all of hair and. 900 sq. Feet with no shutting off. It does a great job and has great pickup and suction
