• Check your settings. We use it in floor, rug, and tile. We have to adjust it. Check on the right side bottom (if facing) and their is a lever. Push down and it should start and spin on its own

• Confirm the vacuum isn't in Suction Only Mode by stepping on Pedal (A) located on the left side of nozzle. Turn off the brush roll.
