“Does this vacuum work on "soft" carpet - like Mohawk or Karastan brands? I just had what turns out to be a soft carpet installed and I can't push my current vacuum on it.”

Thank you for your question! WindTunnel 3 has a height adjustment feature that will allow you to raise your vacuum up higher on your soft carpet so it can move freely as it cleans.
