First, make sure that the dryer plug wasn’t accidentally unplugged and that the plug is pushed completely into the outlet. It could be due to a blown fuse or circuit breaker tripped. Check the building’s fuse/circuit breaker box and replace both fuses or reset both breakers. NOTE: Some electric dryers use 2 fuses/breakers, make sure both are operating. If the issue persists, and you are still within your 1 year warranty, we recommend scheduling service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) M-F 8AM-8PM ET, Sat-Sun: Closed. -- If you are out of warranty, please reach out to us (GE Appliances) via private message on Facebook, X, or Instagram so that we may learn more about your situation. Make sure to include your full serial and model numbers, any service confirmation or case numbers you have, along with a copy of this review. Lauren@Hotpoint
