    Asked by Rev.

    • Answer First, make sure that the dryer plug wasn’t accidentally unplugged and that the plug is pushed completely into the outlet. It could be due to a blown fuse or circuit breaker tripped. Check the building’s fuse/circuit breaker box and replace both fuses or reset both breakers. NOTE: Some electric dryers use 2 fuses/breakers, make sure both are operating. If the issue persists, and you are still within your 1 year warranty, we recommend scheduling service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) M-F 8AM-8PM ET, Sat-Sun: Closed. -- If you are out of warranty, please reach out to us (GE Appliances) via private message on Facebook, X, or Instagram so that we may learn more about your situation. Make sure to include your full serial and model numbers, any service confirmation or case numbers you have, along with a copy of this review. Lauren@Hotpoint

    Asked by Dryershopper.

    • Answer Yes, this dryer can be exhausted from the right side of the dryer. To ensure you have the correct parts for the exhaust installation, we recommend you review the section titled: "Tools And Materials You Will Need To Install Exhaust Duct" on pg. 12 of the Installation Instructions on the Hotpoint website. The materials can be purchased on bestbuy.com or on the GE Appliances parts website. Both GTX33EASKWW or HTX26EASWWW would be a great addition to your home!
