We recommend you check the venting on the back of the dryer and your wall cap on the outside of your home for any blockage or restriction. If you continue to have difficulty, we encourage you to call Bodewell, our authorized service team directly at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your dryer evaluated and repaired as needed.
