Hey there - thanks for reaching out about this great Hotpoint Dryer! We can confirm that this model is rated for 22,000 BTUs of heat per hour for Natural Gas. Converting to LP Gas may change the BTU rating. If you want to convert to propane gas, the conversion must be performed by a qualified propane gas installer.
