I needed a dryer with a smaller footprint for the tight entryway to where it needs to go. Not a super feature rich dryer but has all the functions I need. Of course they get you for things in the extras , power cord ( should be included in the price IMO ) is an extra cost, venting is extra, adapter gas line fitting is extra , but overall the dryer itself does its job. Just be prepared for the extras in add ons in the final price . Delivery fees and team were of course extra but worth it . Delivery was 2 week wait but the delivery team was exceptional, professional and fast.

I had to run the dryer 3 full cycles with half a load to even get my clothes almost dry!

Q: QuestionI recently bought this Hotpoint 6.2cf gas dryer. It dries well, but emits a very loud and long noise when the dryer cycle is about to end, which is very annoying. Can this noise be turned off or at least shortened to just a beep?

Q: QuestionI recently bought this Hotpoint dryer and it takes a very long time to try what do I have to have it on so it can dry faster It takes like over a hour and a half to dry I think that's a long time would I have to put it on casual? So don't know what's bad

- A:Answer Hey there - thanks for reaching out about this great Hotpoint Dryer! We can confirm that this model is rated for 22,000 BTUs of heat per hour for Natural Gas. Converting to LP Gas may change the BTU rating. If you want to convert to propane gas, the conversion must be performed by a qualified propane gas installer.
