- Answer Hello, while you can play some games on any computer, modern games like Minecraft, Fortnite and most other popular titles require a lot of power. For this reason, I would recommend a model with a dedicated Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). Thank you for being an HP customer!

- Answer Yes there are many cute hard cover cases and many accessories that you can purchase such as a pencil stylus! I haven’t seen them on Best Buy but I have seen them on other websites

- Answer Even though these answers are from HP and Intel, I'm pretty sure it's a bot or they're wrong. The Celeron N4500 is a 4.5W to 6W TDP chip-- It will definitely be passively cooled so it will be dead silent. Also, since this is $20 less than the $399 HP 14b from 2019 (BBY SKU 6367729), I am very certain it will be the same 220-nit 1366 x 768 TN display. Not to be the spoil sport since an HP rep says it's IPS and 1080p, but it will prevent returns to be realistic in your expectations.

QuestionBest Buy lists this Chromebook's resolution as 1920x1080 but when I went to HP's site to find the expected battery life I saw that HP lists the resolution for this model at 1366x768. I assume there is an error on Best Buy's specs? Can you confirm?
