Even though these answers are from HP and Intel, I'm pretty sure it's a bot or they're wrong. The Celeron N4500 is a 4.5W to 6W TDP chip-- It will definitely be passively cooled so it will be dead silent. Also, since this is $20 less than the $399 HP 14b from 2019 (BBY SKU 6367729), I am very certain it will be the same 220-nit 1366 x 768 TN display. Not to be the spoil sport since an HP rep says it's IPS and 1080p, but it will prevent returns to be realistic in your expectations.
