- Answer No. Chromebooks usually have 4GB and their RAM and disk storage are soldered or embedded in the system boards.

QuestionAre online sold refurbished items eligible for return if the item does not operate properly? I'm worried about working ports, etc.

- Answer I would say that it would be returnable. My understanding was that it would be in proper working order. Since it is sold as refurbished, the unit would have any issues repaired and should function as it would out of the box like new. Everything works on the one we purchased.

- Answer This Chromebook cannot handle games like Fortnite and Minecraft. In order to play the games, you would need a computer with Windows 10 and at least the Intel i3 processor with 4 gigabytes of RAM or more. We are unaware of the items that will be on the Black Friday ad.

- Answer We were able to confirm that this Chromebook is past its Auto Update Google support period, which ended in June 2019. While the device is beyond its auto-update support period, it will continue to work and installed apps will get updates, the Chromebook will just not receive any operating system/security updates.

- Answer No. There are no dents or scratches. It's obvious that it's used because it's not fresh looking but it's in good shape and works well.
