Q: does it support k12 online school and Office 365?
A: A Chromebook is a different type of laptop than a Windows laptop. It only runs the Chrome web browser and it allows you to download apps from the Chrome web store and Google Play Store. You can run Office 365 on it. If you can use the online school on the Chrome browser, then you can use this Chromebook.
Q: When will the updates from google stop?
A: Because this is a pre-owned "G1" series Chromebook, automatic updates ended in 2019
