Do they have windows and chrome book on hp laptop null

This is a Chromebook so it is essentially running the same systems most cellphones have. This does not come with two different systems on one device; so the answer is NO. This device does not operate on windows but I'm sure you can download some apps from Google Play Store.

There is no HP computer that has both Windows operating system and Chrome operating systems.
