“Can Windows documents open on a Cromebook? Can you download Windows in addition to Google? I currently have. 10 year old Dell laptop. All of my files are in Windows and Excel. I’m retired now and I don’t want to invest in an expensive laptop.”

• You can convert your word and excel doc to goggle word and excel both are free apps located in the goggle store

• You can use the Office app from the Google Play Store, which includes Word. Or you can use Microsoft 365 on this Chromebook. You cannot download Windows onto a Chromebook.
