I have a new laptop purchased thru Best Buy, I don't know how to do anything to set it up. The lady started talking but I turned it off. Now I don't know how to proceed and get her to talk again. Because of virus, can't go anywhere. HELP null

You should be able to turn it on and complete the setup or start the setup all over again.   Here is a link to the user guide for your laptop:
