What is a S mode and how to change for free? null

Microsoft Edge wouldn't let me change it. I had to take it into Best Buy so they could take it out of S mode. That S mode is the worst thing going. It's not compatible with banks , etc. You also can't download anything unless it is Microsoft. Have that taken out of your computer as soon as possible! Best Buy did not charge me anything for doing it.
