Hey, Bob! Thank you for your questions about the HP 14" laptop (14-fq0013dx). You can upgrade the laptop's hard drive by replacing it with another M.2 SSD. The ram is upgradable to a maximum of 16GB, 8GB in each of the two slots, and currently has a single 4GB DDR 2400MHz installed. The processor is 2.3GHz, correct!
