Q: Can rhe RAM be increased? How many RAM cards can be installed?
A: Hi. Yes the laptop has 2 memory card slots total. On of them has the 4GB memory installed. You can remove it and install up to 2 x 8GB modules for 16GB of RAM.
Q: Is this a good laptop to use for zoom or skype?
A: This laptop should be fine for Zoom or Skype. You may have to switch out of Windows 10 S Mode to Windows 10 Home to download the apps. This is easily done; just google "switch out of S mode" and follow the instructions. Hope this helps.
A: This laptop has a 64 bit version of Windows 10s. You can easily take it out of s mode (google "switching out of s mode" and follow the easy instructions). After you switch out, the laptop HAS Windows 10 Home already installed, so you would not have to install Windows 10 again. The cpu in this laptop is not quite an Intel I3 equivalent, but is plenty satisfactory for most uses (email, web surfing, word processing, powerpoint, spreadsheets, light gaming, etc.).

A: For most general business use, it's going to be fine. If you do a lot of serious number crunching or video editing in your job, you'd want one with a more powerful processor.

A: They have all the same specs. The only difference is the trackpad on the 14-fq0013dx does not have the physical left and right click buttons like on the other laptop.
