Q: QuestionI recently purchased this computer and so far I've been pretty happy with it but suddenly I have no audio and when I click on the icon it says no audio device installed but I had audio when I first purchased it can you explain to me what's going on

• A:Answer Hello, that is frustrating to be sure! If you go to HP.com support tab and search for your laptop you can download the audio drivers again and restore them to your device! Thank you for being an HP customer!

• A:Answer Thanks for asking. Yes it can do all of this. It may be slightly underpowered to give great performance however. The laptop has an Intel® Celeron® N4020 processor with an integrated Intel® UHD Graphics 600 processor. You can play casual games like Solitaire from the Microsoft Store on this laptop. If you want to play games like Fortnite, Minecraft, Grand Theft Auto 5, or Call of Duty, we recommend looking at the HP Pavilion Gaming or Omen laptops.
