How well it would work for business use depends on the tasks you're needing - programs or apps, load on the system, etc. You can use the laptop for that purpose, however, you'll probably want to have an external storage source, since the laptop has only 64GB of storage. The operating system is Windows 10 in S Mode, a more secure version albeit limited in terms of mandated browser and apps available only from the Microsoft Store. You can convert the operating system (free, simple, not reversible) for more flexibility.
