• This laptop is loaded with Windows 11 S Mode.The only version of Cricut Design Space on the Microsoft Store is the beginner edition, if that suits your needs, you can install that in Windows 11 S Mode, if you need another version of that software, you would need to switch Windows 11 out of S Mode, it is free to do so.

• It does run it when you come out of s mode. But the cricut application will run very slow and freeze a lot due to the 4gb ram. If you don't mind that, this does work.

• I took switched my laptop off s mode to download Cricut design space. Is this causing it to run slow? If yes can I add a mode back?

• I don't know what that is but if you want to run ANYTHING that not "Microsoft approved" you need to turn S Mode off. You can find instructions online.
