Typically, you can even without S mode on, but to turn it off, reset your computer entirely (from settings, but keep your files) and then turn off S mode. That should fix it.

Yes, although if you're going to _host_ the Zoom meeting, the computer really doesn't have the RAM or storage space to do that.
