• A:Answer Hello! Thank you for your question. Lockdown browser can not be installed in Windows Home running in S mode. You are able to take the computer out of S mode for free in the Windows settings and then install the Lockdown browser software.

• A:Answer Because this computer is running Windows 10 in "S Mode", the only way to install and run anything not from the Windows Store is to take the computer out of S Mode and have it run as regular Windows 10 Home. If you search for "switching out of s mode" (without the quotation marks) the page from Microsoft with the instructions will be close to the top of the list.
