- Answer Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. Unfortunately, Examity is not one of the programs in the Windows Store.

- Answer Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that the Sims is one of the titles avaialbe in the store. Also, because the computer has limited memory and storage, it's not a good choice for business use.
