- Answer Pretty absurd, that the HP 14, etc., does not come with instructions, to begin with. Soooo sad for HP, that this poor' 'lil company can't afford the paper or ink.

- Answer Thank you for the question. We suggest that you reach out to HP Support for assistance. While a 12-volt converter could work (in theory) in place of the AC charger for a 45-watt charger, you may notice that the efficiency is no more than 90%. Additionally, there may be issues with the warranty due to using an alternate power source. HP Support is better equipped to answer your question.

- Answer Thank you for the question. Microsoft 365 (including Excel) will run on any of the HP Windows computers currently on the market. For Pokerstars, as system requirements for software constantly change, we are unable to answer questions about software compatibility or performance. What is compatible today may not be in a few months. Please check the software manufacturer's website for the most current system recommendations.
