If you decide on a model that comes with Windows 11 S Mode, you may need to convert the system to Windows 11 Home (free, simple, not reversible) if you'll be downloading from origins other than the Microsoft Store or intend to use a browser other than Microsoft Edge. - Answer Thank you for the question. The HP 14-dq0054dx has 64GB storage on an eMMC (chip) and 4GB RAM. There is no physical hard drive.

- Answer This model is not a good option for that type of software. This model works best for web browsing and streaming video. I would look for a model that has an Intel i5 CPU or AMD Ryzen 5 CPU.

- Answer Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. As long as the remote access software your organization uses is available in the Windows Store, you should have no problem.
