• FaceTime specifically is an Apple-only service, so it cannot be used with a Chromebook (FaceTime only works on iMac/Mac/iPad/iPone/iPod). However, I can confirm that this chromebook can be used with other video chat programs like Skype and Zoom.

• This Chromebook does not have FaceTime. Only Apple products, like the iPad or MacBook, have FaceTime. You can use other video conferencing apps like Zoom, Skype, or Google Duo on this Chromebook.
