• There is an slot for an additional 2.5” hard drive or SSD. This is in addition to the M2 SSD that 256GB SSD occupies! There are two memory slots in this model!

• No there isn't but SSD's are now so cheap you can get a 1TB ssd for $100 now. Even a 500GB ssd will run you $50 or so. It does have an extra RAM slot so you can upgrade it to 16gb of RAM by adding an addition 8gb RAM stick.
