QuestionBacklit keyboard does not stay lit. Can get it to go back on, by pressing the function key and the keyboard picture key but then after a few minutes, it turns off again. How can I get it to stay on?

- Answer The backlit keyboard only stays on while typing or hitting a key. If it's not coming on at all then you might need to check your bios. I have not gotten the chance to update the bios on this yet.

- Answer 15-EC0013DX is the model number. You can use that to find any info. And the laptop has 2 slots for RAM that can hold up to 32gb.

- Answer I bumped up the RAM to 16 gigs and with that and the dedicated video card you should have no issues with Fortnite.

- Answer You can add a 16gb chip. If you have the funds id add two 16gb chips to replace the 8. Though 8gb has ran fine for me.
