“Backlit keyboard does not stay lit. Can get it to go back on, by pressing the function key and the keyboard picture key but then after a few minutes, it turns off again. How can I get it to stay on?”

The backlit keyboard only stays on while typing or hitting a key. If it's not coming on at all then you might need to check your bios. I have not gotten the chance to update the bios on this yet.
