• There is not need to go to best buy for the set up, but being customer of Best Buy for many years, I will absolutely said they will help you out wiht the set up. I got this computer for our Block Watch but my daughter want to show the secretary how to use google apps, so he came open the computer and it did not took them not even 20 minutes when the computer was running, and he was all done even with google apps.

• I think you need to schedule an appointment with the best buy technician if you want them to set it up for you. Usually most of Windows based laptop are user friendly to setup.
