Hello, yes, Geek Squad can access your device running Windows 10 S mode through any of the third party Remote Desktop Apps from the Windows Store and they will be able to install any approved Windows software app via that connection. The purpose of Windows S mode is to circumvent needing any additional security downloaded though. If you go to Microsoft Office website and read about Windows 10 S mode you will learn about the safety features they have implemented. Thank you for being an HP customer!
