Yes you can get Google apps such as docs and slides from the Microsoft store app. It does cost $9.99 though. You can install Safari on Windows but you would need to take your laptop out of Windows S mode and install from a third party website. For Google Chrome you would also need to have Windows 10 out of S mode since Chrome is not available on the Microsoft App Store.

The answer to all is yes, however, you'll need to convert the laptop out of Windows 10 S Mode and into Windows 10 Home (free, easy, not reversible). In S mode, you're limited to only the Edge browser and only apps available in the Microsoft Store.
