There are two speeds listed for the i5-1135G7 processor, but it's a little confusing without an explanation. The "base speed" of the processor is 2.4GHz. Think of that like the idle speed of a car engine. But like a car engine, it can speed up when the amount of work increases. This processor can speed itself up to 4.2 GHz. So both numbers are correct, but they measure different things.
