“If I order this Laptop, can it be shipped to a PO Box address? These studio apts. where I live have no individual mail boxes & UPS does not deliver here to individual apts, nor does the Post Office. Thanks for your help.”

Usially, it would say in the fine print within the site: most likely you can but that can be a risky thing. If so, I’d order the warenty with the laptop just in case.
