Another thing you can check, see if the model you have, has a motherboard to offers an external video card slot, if it does, then buy the external video card it calls for, but you will then need to enable it in the motherboard BIOS and install the required drivers for it. WARNING: they are not user friendly and requires the entire back plate to come off, which if done improperly could break a number of things. Would not recommend doing it if you are not tech savvy. Also i am not sure if this would void the warranty but i did not see any warranty stickers in the way when i took it apart.
