“The laptop loses wifi connection and sometimes it takes up to 2-3 hours to get it restored. No other laptops in the house have this issue. Diagnostics refer to Network Adapter issue. Geek squad not able to help, worked fine for them.”

• Disconnect the router wait 5 seconds then reset the router and reconnect the laptop
