A:Answer From what I have read, The SSD, Memory, and Battery are all serviceable, BUT Opening up the unit is a Real trial, and not something for a novice. I watched a video of it being opened to be serviced, and decided if ours needs anything I would have it done by someone trained on this unit, and I have been working on, and with this kind of stuff for years. It just doesn't appear to be designed to be user serviceable.
