“I have upgraded the RAM & Hard Drive on my HP Pavilion G6, but it's still pretty old. Can the RAM & SSD on this HP Laptop be upgraded by the user? Thanks, Tony”

• HP should get its act together on this question. Elsewhere in the Questions section, they have no objection to a RAM upgrade, just point out the extra cost.

• It does not offer easy access to the ports and would be considered non-upgradeable. You could always contact HP Support or Geek Squad if you are curious options for upgrading these units. Recommended because of the tools and technical knowledge required.
