• The computer comes configured with 8 gigabytes, so you'd need to replace the 8 gigabytes with 16 gigabytes. Please contact the Geek Squad at your local Best Buy for a quote on the price of the RAM and having it installed.

• Should be very cheap. Maybe less than 50 bucks for memory.

• Just checked on that, via Gooble: Prices for 16 Gb DDR memory ranges from about $85 USD to $230 USD ... if you change your mem board yourself ... I.E. : NOT 'cheap' ...

• Buy the memory and add it yourself. Save the money for installation. If they'll do it for free, let them. It's easy to do. Just be sure to buy the same type of memory that's already there.
