Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. If the games you're looking for are in the Windows Store, you should have no problem.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As others have noted, you need to remove S Mode in order to load a program that is not on the Microsoft Store. However, if you exercise due caution, doing so will give you no problems. As an example, you need to leave S mode just to install the Chrome browser, and this is hardly considered dangerous (except to privacy, perhaps, but that is a different and debatable issue). One correction I would like to make: "Xeroid" says that you can't go back to S Mode, but this is a common misconception. You CAN do this, but be aware that the only way is to reset the machine to factory condition, which deletes everything on the computer. So if you are wiling to make backups as required and reinstall all new software, it is completely possible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HP support said it comes in S-mode which restricts the sources that you can install apps from for your safety. If you have something that is not in the Microsoft App store that you need to run and you are sure it is safe, there are many help instructions on the internet on how to remove this restriction. Be aware that once you do, it is not reversible and you could be opening yourself up to unsafe programs. S-mode is there to help protect you from those.
