Coyle, we have both the previous 2019 model and the new 2020 model. The new model is wonderful and if you can get it when it goes on sale I highly recommend it. Improvements over the previous model: - dark keys (our 2019 is the Champagne model with light/silver keys) - camera on/off control - upward firing speakers - thinner bezels and slightly smaller body - fingerprint scanner - 10th gen Core i3 The 2020 model also comes with updates through 2028 (vs. 2025 for the previous model). This new model is absolutely wonderful -- the only drawback is no plastic shells/cases are available yet.
