None of our computers will function as a cell phone, and they don't have the ability to operate off cellular data. However, there are other compatibilities when it comes to using the same apps, etc. This is a Chromebook so it uses apps from the Google Play store, similar to an Android phone. However, Chromebooks will never have 1TB storage since they are designed for online use.
