“Does this computer turn on by touching the touchscreen? I want to be able to use it for a program using touchscreen only and do not want to leave the keyboard sitting out. My current touchscreen makes me hit the “enter” button on the keyboard to wake up”

No. Must turn on and off with power button located at bottom/back of monitor. Unless you don’t turn off computer, enter button will wake it up.
