This is a great computer. Easy to read my emails, facebook & a few games. Still learning how to use other stuff on it! So far so good!

This has been a great purchase and affordable for me and my family.

This system has a fast processor for business purposes. It was very easy to set up and once it was ready, it was easy to use. The processor is very fast for office programs and even for multi-tasking. The only downside is that the mouse and keyboard are not wireless, but you can easily get them for not so much at the office supply stores. Also, it has a limited number of USB ports so that could be a problem if you have several items to plug in. Since the keyboard and mouse each take a port, it creates a problem. My solution would be to get a wireless mouse/keyboard combo, but it solves the problem by only one port. Some people have complained about the stand, but you have to remember that some all-in-ones do not even come with a stand at all. I would recommend it, but you might have to spend a couple of dollars extra on a wireless keyboard and mouse and/or a USB hub. This may be about $25 extra if you really look for a good deal on those items.

I bought this computer for my parents who previously had a laptop. After convincing them this was a better alternative considering they kept their old laptop plugged into the power source all day, they never moved it, and they complained about the speed...they tried this desktop all-in-one and they love it. It’s bigger, faster, and overall more powerful than the old HP computer they had. Besides not having programs already built in like my Mac, this is a solid investment for the casual user.

I had an old Dell that was still running Windows 7. I was afraid of change and was happy with 7. Now I am kicking myself for waiting so long. This HP touchscreen is gorgeous, fast, and easy to use. Windows 10 is amazing. The all-in-one is nice and saves space. No bulky tower. I love that it has the CD drive. I love everything about it! Yes, it does make a noticeable hum, but I just pretend that sound is my husband mowing outside. It's a win-win!

Bought this to replace a 10 year old all in one which was getting very slow (Windows 10). This new one has a 256GB solid state drive, 8GB of memory and boots up really fast. Loads pages in a flash, no more hanging around wondering if it is going to load. Very fast to switch between pages and they load really quickly It was a breeze to set up and really took no time at all, much better than my old one which was as I remember a bit of a pain. Very pleased with the performance

Needed a compact unit, fast processing all in one computer for my real estate business and this does the job very well. Fast, great screen, solid all the way around. Love it.

I will add to the 5-star ratings on this unit for all the reasons everyone else is very happy with their purchase. Easy set up, a nice compact unit, and a amazing display, and rapid fire speed. And being my fifth purchase from Best Buy online, again they hit a home run with the detailed information on the unit, on the sale page, and ease of use of their web site. AND I had this in a very sturdy shipping box, on my front porch in less then two days from ordering. This is my first HP, I am sure now, it will not be my last. NICE JOB!!!!

I've had this computer for 2 years now and it still runs flawlessly. It was open box when I purchased it, but even then I have zero problems with it, and open box made it cheaper too. It's been passed onto a friend when I recently upgraded but I sure miss this compact design. The all in one makes it super small-space friendly and I loved the touch screen.

I love this new computer, I love the fact that it's all in one and it has less wires on the floor and the touch screen great too. This is my first time using windows 10 so it's a bit of a learning process. I'm still learning how to use this computer and I find it very user friendly. My last computer was 8 yrs old so this is like a rocket ship compared to that one. Great computer!

My wife asked me to find a new PC for us as our previous one was a decade old and was slowing down significantly. I found this computer on sale and the specs compared to other models of the same price made it the top choice. Having an all-in-one computer helps keep office clutter to a minimum. The large touch screen is great to look at and efficient for all tasks. It isn't a powerhouse PC but can actually handle a lot of less-demanding games.

Initially, I was going to get another laptop to replace my old HP, but the salesman and my daughter pointed out the new desktop models...and I was duly impressed!! Many years ago, I had a big, clunky monitor with a small screen and a computer tower taking up a lot of space. What a HUGE change this is, and all for the better!! My ISP was no longer going to support Windows 7, so I had to have Windows 10 installed...and I'm still trying to get used to it, but that's NO FAULT of my new HP computer. I've had it for almost a month now, and I really DO love it!!

Got this for Christmas, very happy with it so far... nice screen size.. Set up was simple and am still learning all the new features. Has a slight hum Noise to it while on, maybe they all do but it’s not too bothersome.. like the touch screen option but mostly still use a mouse

This HP all-in-one computer has met or exceeded my everyday needs. It is fast, quite, crisp, and has a great 24 inch screen and tons of storage. All of my MS office programs run superbly. I would recommend this machine for people who have non-business and computing needs.

Great value as a replacement for my 3 years old HP all-in-one. Very quick and easy to set up, get connected and transfer files from my old PC. Performance is also much better than my old computer for the home office work, web browsing and video streaming that I use it for.

I really don't like changing computers because of all the back-up and then reinstalling my programs. So far reinstalling has been very easy, but I still have much to reinstall. I have a wireless keyboard, but there is no way I can attach my corded mouse to it. Attaching my mouse to the CPU is awkward. I don't like my cordless mouse because it just stops working whenever it feels like it. At least the touch screen works really well for some things when the mouse stops working. I really didn't like the keyboard that comes with the computer.

I love this all-in-one. Don't miss the CPU tower at all. A lot faster than my old one and I love the touch screen feature. There's some noise at start up, but nothing that annoys me. So far it's a great computer.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this item. The price point was good and I bought it for my elderly mother to use. She has been able to figure it out very easily how it works and setup took a bit of time but wasn’t awful. The monitor is a nice size and I think it will be a good computer for her to use for basic things like emailing and web browsing.

This is excellent computer system. I like the touch screen. They are fantastic! Great Quality Picture and Great Quality design. I like it a lot. They are the best in the world.

I purchased this for my mom for mother's day. She's a very light computer user. Easy setup even though I bought the total tech for geek squad so they did it for me. Great investment. She enjoys the touch screen. What attracted me to this purchase was the SSD. Fast boot time and your information is more secure. Mom does alot of photos so that's important. Plenty of memory for everyday use. Good resolution too and she loves the touch screen for quick action. Good ourchsee. Only wish it that the keyboard and mouse were wireless.
