It's impossible to say without knowing which two computers you're talking about. Some conventional desktop PCs are more powerful and have more storage than a typical all in one, but the reverse is also true-you can get an all in one that has more power and storage than a typical PC. With an all in one you get more free desk space, because everything is in a single unit. However, they're less upgradeable if you're someone who likes to upgrade a computer once you get it.
