There are some systems that are installed with Microsoft Office, but Office 365, is a little bit different because it offers cloud-based storage. Just be sure to check the specifications of the computer before you buy so you'll know if you need to buy anything additional. As for transferring your documents from your old to new computers, I would suggest using a cloud based storage such as Google Cloud. If you save all of your documents, photos, etc to your cloud account, when you sign into the account on the new device, you will be able to download everything from your Cloud.
