When I recently purchased my HP All-in-One, I had to purchase Microsoft Office 365 - Home Edition. There are some systems that are installed with Microsoft Office, but Office 365, is a little bit different because it offers cloud-based storage. Just be sure to check the specifications of the computer before you buy so you'll know if you need to buy anything additional. As for transferring your documents from your old to new computers, I would suggest using a cloud based storage such as Google Cloud. If you save all of your documents, photos, etc to your cloud account, when you sign into the account on the new device, you will be able to download everything from your Cloud.

After that, you would need to buy it, unless you still have your installation disks and can install the version you currently have. You may need to contact Microsoft to have them transfer the license on your existing copy from the old computer to the new one.
