“Does it come with a built-in webcam? I don't see any webcam lense on the top middle part of the screen of the computer. Camera app does not show my face, when turned on. But device manager lists a camera in there. Does it have one?”

This computer has a webcam that pops up when you want to use it. Just reach towards the middle on the top of the monitor and over the edge, there will be a webcam that you can just press down gently to pop up a webcam. And when you are done you can push it down for privacy.
