Yes it does and it is one you can easily open and close manually so there is no danger of being spied on if you just keep it closed. I love this feature!

Yes, it does. The camera is located behind the screen. If you push down on the top of the camera it will pop into position to use it. When you're finished, push on the top of the camera again to stow it.
